No signal? Typed entries and status changes are held on the phone and sent later. Reading a date from a photo needs a signal.
What is stored. Each scan and what was done with it, the audit trail, markdown rules, price checks, people's names and roles, and the figures read from sales reports. PINs are stored scrambled, never as typed.
Photos. A pack photo is sent to our server, read by an AI reading service (Google Gemini during the beta) and then discarded. The app does not keep photos. Delivery notes and sales reports stay off during the beta.
Where it is kept. On our servers in the UK/EU, under this shop's account. Language, appearance and other choices under This phone stay on this phone.
Beta. Roles and PINs are checked by the app on the phone; the audit trail is add-only on the server. Tell us anything that looks wrong with Report a problem.
